Mercy Health Partners is a specialty referral hospital. MHP has one of the highest acuity of any hospital in the State of Michigan. The medical team uses an Electronic Medical Record. By so doing, the response time in caring for patients has improved and the accuracy of the physician order is guaranteed. Patient safety is one of the benefits of this technology by having patient history and previous visits to MHP at the touch of a button. MHP is among only 5% of hospitals in the United States to have taken this advanced step with technology. A recently opened state-of-the-art Emergency Department, an Imaging Center of Excellence with an open MRI unit, an open 16-slice CT scanner and a mobile PET CT scanner which allows the medical staff to locally provide the services their patients require.

MHP offers physicians in training advantages of a community hospital combined with advanced programs and high-tech equipment. With a staff of over 300 physicians, MHP is able to reach and respond to the needs of our community.
