Lakeshore Health Network (LHN) is a not-for-profit Physician Hospital Organization (PHO) established in 1995. The network membership consists of primary care physicians, specialists, two hospital systems and ancillary providers. LHN currently contracts with HMO, PPO, POS and Medicaid payors. LHN is your source for payor contracting, UM/QM support, information, networking, payor support and advocacy in the healthcare industry.
