When you refer a patient to the Pain Clinic, you can be confident
that we will work with you to provide the very best care possible.
To refer a patient, please contact our office and we will ask for
medical records to be faxed to us. Although our scope of care is
broad, there are occasions when a patient's condition cannot be
treated at the Pain Clinic. If this is the case, we may be able
to assist you with alternative options for your patient. To refer
