individuals of all ages and with varying levels of need. In our
Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation programs, we work with adults
of all ages and backgrounds who have developed heart and lung diseases.
We take into account the factors that have led up to your illness,
your current physical abilities, and your short and long-term goals.
We develop plans of care for each and every person we see in order
to work toward achieving these goals. The ultimate goal of these
programs is to help you to return to a full and productive life.
Education on diet, exercise, medications, and proper medical treatment
has helped many, many people to take control of their health.
In addition, we work with those who want to prevent long-term
health complications. Mercy H.E.A.R.T. Center is home to a variety
of wellness programs that educate on maintaining a balanced diet,
and incorporate a sound exercise program along with risk factor
