Medications in the Hospital

The medicines you receive at the hospital may be different than those you take at home. If you have any questions about your medications or their side effects while at MHP, ask to speak to one of our hospital pharmacists.

If you have additional questions about your medicines when you get home, call the Pharmacist Drug Info Service at: (231) 672-6767 or send an e-mail with your questions to: MS-RX@TRINITY-HEALTH.ORG
